The Cherwell Boathouse is an iconic Oxford punt station and restaurant on the banks of the river Cherwell, in an idyllic water meadow setting.
Established in 1904 and still a family run working Boathouse and restaurant with 80 handmade punts in the water. The punting season is mid March to mid October open ten am till dusk.

The well known local restaurant has a superlative wine list and is open all year round with an alfresco terrace on the decking in the summer. In season, the Teahut bar and cafe serves light food and drinks on a river terrace in season all day long.
